Participants are advised to register before April 30, 2008, to enjoy the early registration discount.

Registration is to be done online (form is shown below). If you have already pre-registered, your registration will be easier if you can provide the pre-registration (identification) number that you received in the automatic reply mail.

Registration fee

Registration fees for participants allow entry to all scientific sessions, opening ceremony, welcome reception, reception at the Beaux Arts museum, industry tour and exhibition (details on the industrial part will appear in one or two weeks, together with excursion and hotel reservation).

Are also included in the fees : the CD proceedings that you will receive at the conference, the coffee breaks, and the lunches taken on site on July 16 and 17.

Accompanying persons are entitled to join the opening ceremony, welcome reception, reception at Beaux Arts museum, industry tour and exhibition.

 MIND the category you select! if inappropriate, you may have troubles at the conference or/and for the accommodation reservation.

example: conference fee is identical for students and accompanying persons, but they do not provide the same rights. Accompanying persons will not attend the scientific sessions and cannot book rooms in dormitories.

The gala night is reserved to category 1 and 2. 

* the members of the partner (FI, F&S, F&M, dib, WES) and organising (CNISF) associations are invited to contact their respective association for a specific registration procedure.

** You will have to provide a justification of your student status.

Two methods of payment will be accepted:

Confirmation

Your registration will be acknowledged - with all your answers - by an e-mail from noreply@all-in-web.fr. It will be confirmed once your payment is received. The bank receipt will be accepted as confirmation of payment.

In any case, you will receive a REGISTRATION NUMBER that you should KEEP. It will be requested to book your accommodation and excirsions later on, and at your arrival at the conference desk.

Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation must be sent by e-mail or fax to ICWES14 secretariat

Before or on June 15, 2008: 60% refund

After June 15, 2008: no refund

All bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount
