Program Committee

Laurence Broze, she is Head of the program committee, she is also a professor of applied mathematics at the Université de Lille 3, head of the local Social Sciences and Humanities Research Institute, a member of the “Femmes et Mathématiques” association’s board.



Anne-Marie Jolly-Desodt, she is professor at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Industries Textiles (ENSAIT), a member of the French Commission on Engineering Degrees (CTI), a project manager for the French Engineering Schools Directors Committee (CDEFI), the vice president of the Regional Union of Engineers and Scientists (URIS) of the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region and a member of the “Femmes ingénieurs” association.



Stéphanie Chasserio, she holds a PhD in business administration from the Université du Québec in Montreal and teaches at the Lille Business School (ESC).



Kristin Bartik, is professor of physical organic chemistry and heads the Laboratory of Molecular and Biomolecular Engineering of the Faculty of Applied Sciences at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.



Dominique Fougeyrollas, she is a CNRS (French National Centre for Scientific Research) senior researcher specialized in sociology at the Université Paris-Dauphine and is a board member of the French National Women’s Studies Association (ANEF).



Ruby Heap, she is a professor at the Department of History specialized in the History of Women in Science and Engineering at the University of Ottawa, the vice dean of the Faculty of post-graduate and postdoctoral studies, a member of the WISE (Women in Science and Engineering) board and a member of INWES (International Network of Women Engineers and Scientists).



Angelika Klein, she is a civil engineer, the head of the Market and Mobility Research Department of the local public transport company of Frankfurt am Main, namely traffiQ and also a member of the deutscher ingenieurinnenbund (dib).



Nicky Le Feuvre, she is a professor of sociology at the Université de Toulouse 2, she is a member of the board of the French National Women’s Studies Association (ANEF) and belongs to the Helsinki Group on “Women and Sciences”.

 

Anne Pépin, she is a senior researcher specialized in nanotechnology at the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) and a scientific assistant within the “Mission pour la Place des Femmes” or “mission for the enhancement of women’s role” at the CNRS.



Yvonne Pourrat, she is an agricultural engineer and holds a PhD in plant physiology from the Université Paris VI. She is in charge of European affairs for the French Engineering Schools Directors Committee (CDEFI). She is also a coordinator of European and international projects about women engineers (Womeng, PROMETEA).



Marianne von Rauch, she is an engineer in energy management, an examiner in the European Patent Office and of the Deutscher ingenieurinnenbund (dib).



Claude Robin, she is a professor of mechanics at the Ecole des Mines de Douai and heads the French Society for Metallurgy and Materials.



Nadine Warzée, she is a professor in computer sciences specialized in image synthesis and analysis, Heads of the Laboratory of Image : Analyse and Synthesis, of the Faculty of Applied Sciences at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.



Grazyna Whapshott, she is a senior lecturer in information and computer systems in the School of Engineering at the University of Greenwich and the president of the Women’s Engineering Society.
