Specific workshops are being prepared in addition to the parallel sessions such as the "INWES best practices" (INWES members share their experience in different issues, for example management, coaching, mentoring...) ; a "Youth forum" (where young engineers can come and exchange with other professionnal women) ; “ Gender and leadership”…etc.
