1- Timetable of the registration desk

Tuesday, July 15

From 10:00 to 16:00 : Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Lille, Main Hall.

Wednesday, July  16

From 8:00  to 18:00 : Polytech’Lille , room “Pasteur”, ground floor.

At registration desk, you will receive your badge and your conference kit.

2- On site registration

Those who could not pay in advance their registration fee, are invited to do it, at the registration desk at the following rate:

Registration fees for participants allow entry to all scientific sessions, opening ceremony, welcome reception, reception at the Beaux Arts museum, industry tour and exhibition

Are also included in the fees: the CD proceedings that you will receive at the conference, the coffee breaks, and the lunches taken on site on July 16 and 17.

Accompanying persons are entitled to join the opening ceremony, welcome reception, reception at Beaux Arts museum, industry tour and exhibition.

The gala night is reserved to category 1 and 2. 

** You will have to provide a justification of your student status.

The conference bag will contain:

-          the conference booklet where you will find the detailed scientific program and all useful information on social events, tours or map and addresses.

- the CD of the proceedings/abstracts

- a Badge required for admission to all events and scientific sessions of the conference. Please, be sure to wear this name tag at all times. The color code is as follows:

§  Participants: green

§  Accompanying persons: blue        

§  Volunteers: purple

§  Organizing committee: orange

§  Students: yellow

-a “Transpole” pass: a free transportation pass will be given to each participant. With that personal pass you have access to all public transports (buses, metro) to move from the hotels and dormitories to Polytech’Lille or to move from Polytech’ to down town

- Lunch tickets for the two days of July 16 and July 17 .

For a fluent circulation at the cafeteria, it is recommended that all participants do not come at the same time! Two services are foreseen, one starting at 12:30, the second at 13:15.

§  If you arrive in Lille by train, you have to take the Metro line N° 1, stop at Station “Cité Scientifique” and go on foot to “Residence Bachelard” where you will be welcomed. For those who come by car or taxi, you find the exact location in the address list.

§  The reception of the “Résidence Bachelard” dormitory, is opened at Building M (right door when facing the building) from 9:00 to 20:30. If you arrive after 20:30, would you, please, go to the left door. Students will have to show their student cards.
